Inspired by all the ice cream sandwiches out there. I like to leave mine out on a plate until it gets a bit soft, on the verge of melty, and then lick the ice cream until it’s just within the cookie diameter and then bite down so the ice cream smooshes a little, not too much. OMG. The best. Top two favorite ice cream sandwiches have been (1) from a small store in the middle of Topanga Canyon, near Los Angeles, CA and (2) from our local Trader Joe’s. You know the ones.

This was printed with Speedball Professional series ink on 4.25”×5.5” flat slightly cream colored cardstock. Comes with a blank envelope.
