Our Commitment

We have looked high and low for amazing quality wallpaper to grace your space. We love the manufacturer that we use in the United Kingdom, an ode to where it all began. All wallpaper is printed specifically to-order.

No Refund Policy - All Sales Final

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our wallpaper products, all sales are final

Because of this we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Color variation from digital displays

  • Pattern preferences

  • Over-ordering or miscalculation of quantities needed

  • Incorrect measurements

Important: Inspect Before Use

  • Inspect all wallpaper immediately upon receipt for quantity, pattern, and any visible defects

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ordering the correct quantity of wallpaper

  • We strongly recommend ordering samples before purchasing (samples are non-refundable)

  • We recommend consulting with a professional installer to calculate accurate quantities

  • Please note that colors may vary slightly from what appears on your computer screen due to monitor settings

Damaged or Defective Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive damaged or defective wallpaper:

  • Report issues within 48-72 hours of delivery

  • Contact us immediately at sara@thetrustedbrush.com

  • Provide photographs clearly showing the defect or damage

  • Include all product labels and packaging

  • Keep all materials until the claim is resolved

For verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will provide a replacement of the affected portion at no charge. This does not cover installation labor costs, decorator fees, or other incidental expenses.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at sara@thetrustedbrush.com if you need to cancel.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for wallpaper lost or damaged during return shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes (customer responsibility)

  • Installation and labor costs are never covered under any circumstance
